LAROCHE in the Czech Republic
We turn the textile into a new product, the so-called textile scrap, or filling, using the modern technology of the LAROCHE shredding line.
The line consists of 6 sections, each of which is equipped with a blasting cylinder. The special treatment of the last cylinder ranks this line among the best technology used in the Czech Republic.

The production of shredded textile is carried out on a shredding line with 6 cylinders and is unique in the Czech Republic.

The output of the shredding line is textile shreds, which are used for the production of non-woven textiles, decoration and decorative parts, insulation in the construction and automotive industries.

In the Czech Republic, about 87,000 tons of waste is generated annually from textile production, and a full fifth of the produced material never becomes secondary raw material.
We want to change this ratio. That's why we collect textiles, recycle them using a shredding line into textile shreds, which are then used in many areas.
